After consultation with your therapist to determine the correct oil for your dosha, you will be taken to your specially prepared Shirodara treatment room. Following your Shirodara massage, you will lay back to have your selected warm oil flow over your forehead, or “3rd eye” which is deeply calming and helpful in eliminating tensions, stress, anxiety and depression.
